History
In 1997, Gerard Cusick, the founder of Mingara Services, perceived the need for a fresh approach to the telecommunications consultancy industry.

In Mingara Services' opinion, the mid-1990s saw the Australian IT&T consulting industry lacking significant innovation and insight and, when set against a backdrop of hard-hitting economic reforms, it was failing to provide governments and corporations with effective, economically sound, pragmatic advice.

Mingara Services aimed to provide its clients with a holistic approach to advice, not just technology-centric options. This holistic approach included extensive economic analysis, business change opportunities and a raft of other advice that put the technology aspects into perspective.

To this day, Mingara Services aims to provide its clients with a holistic approach to its assignments, ranging from value-added deliverables to post-contract updates and information interchange.
